EUSIPCO 2027 will be hosted in Darmstadt, a UNESCO World Heritage city internationally known as the “Science City.” Darmstadt is home to Technische Universität Darmstadt, the European Space Operations Centre, numerous major research institutes, and leading global technology companies. Situated in the heart of the Rhine-Main Region, the city is conveniently located just 30 minutes by public transport from Frankfurt Airport.
During a recent site visit by the EURASIP Board of Directors, several key locations for EUSIPCO 2027 were explored. The conference will take place at the Wissenschafts- und Kongresszentrum Darmstadt GmbH & Co. KG, a modern and centrally located venue ideally suited for EUSIPCO. The conference hotel and the historic “Science Castle,” where a social event is planned, are only a short walk away.
The visit also included the historic Orangerie Darmstadt, which will serve as the venue for the gala dinner, as well as the renowned Mathildenhöhe Artists’ Colony, a UNESCO World Heritage Site comprising 23 architectural and artistic elements. As part of the regional visit, Heidelberg was also explored as one of the many attractive cultural and touristic destinations in the area.
We look forward to welcoming the international signal processing community to Darmstadt in 2027 and to hosting an inspiring and memorable EUSIPCO in Germany.EUSIPCO 2027 will be hosted in Darmstadt, a UNESCO World Heritage city internationally known as the “Science City.” Darmstadt is home to Technische Universität Darmstadt, the European Space Operations Centre, numerous major research institutes, and leading global technology companies.
